The project comprises of 3 blocks which will create a nice community feel around. Each one is formed by one apartment and two- story semi detached villas. This raises the likelihood of joining them into one larger villa. The build started in August 2008 and will be completed by -2010- .
The villa consists of 3 bedrooms. Each block has its own car parking space.
